The Clown Car was a small car with a very large space inside, used by Tony Clownarelli and his goons.
History[]
Tony Clownarelli and his clowns started terrorizing Numbuh 2 to prevent him from telling more jokes. When he caved under the pressure and yelled out a chicken-joke, Tony drove his clown car into the playground and kidnapped Numbuh 2. They brought him to the Circus, where they put him in front of Bonko the Clown for his actions (Operation: C.L.O.W.N.).
