As far as I'm concerned, there is no official source stating that Orange Ocean is the setting for Revenge of Meta Knight. I presume its inclusion here was by inference due to the color scheme of the area in Revenge of Meta Knight being orange (but this may simply be due to the time of day) as well as Meta Knight's association with Orange Ocean in Kirby's Adventure. There's nothing officially stated, but it can be inferred. The map can be seen with a mountain range in the background, which lines up with the mountains seen in OO's overworld map in Kirby's Adventure (or you could make a leap and say it's Yogurt Yard). They also set sail for Grape Garden, meaning that it must be the only valid target nearby. Perhaps we shouldn't make the definitive claim of "It is 100% Orange Ocean" but instead say "It's highly possible that it's Orange Ocean". Not to mention, there's also that one Twitter post about Orange Ocean with Kirby doing the Wheelie pose at the end of RoMK.
