Design[]

The design of the blimp is of a Red and Green tartan style fabric skin, in the same tone as Killigan's kilt, with grey nosecone and gondola.

• A blimp's envelope maintains its shape due to gas pressure only, which allows a simple needle-prick to self-destruct it like a popped balloon—something which semi-rigid or rigid airships can survive.

Notes[]

• While a puncture or tear in an aerostat's gas envelope will compromise its flight capabilities, sending it crashing for the ground as it deflates, it does not literally "pop like a balloon" or go careening about like one.
