The Transformation Sword Valvarusher (変身剣 ヴァルバラッシャー, Henshin Ken Varubarasshā) is the transformation device and personal weapon of Valvarad, before becoming the primary weapon of Kamen Rider Valvarad.
A second Valvarusher is later made by Kyoka Edami and given to Lachesis. When Supana became Kamen Rider Valvarad Kurogane, he is able to dual-wield two Valvarushers, which are equipped onto his back.
Overview
Valvarusher is a special transmutation tool created by Supana Kurogane. Ride Chemy Cards can be loaded to enable Valvarad to be transmuted. It also functions as a weapon for both shooting and slashing, and performs a variety of special attacks that are given the characteristics of the Ride Chemy Card.[1]
Additional Vehicle Chemies can be added onto Valvarad as armor through enhancement transmutation.
Design
The Valvarusher is composed of the following parts:[1]
- Cherubim Muzzle (ケルビムマズル, Kerubimu Mazuru): The steel alchemy muzzle. It performs a variety of special shots with Photon Bullets (フォトンバレト, Foton Bareto), which transmutes energy into light bullets, and Chemycard Bullets (ケミカバレト, Kemika Bareto), which add the ability of the Ride Chemy Card. This generates a recoil proportional to its destructive power, so it is necessary to simultaneously perform transmutation to counteract this recoil.
- Rusher Blade (ラッシャーブレード, Rasshā Burēdo): The steel alchemy sword blade. The destructive power of its weight alone makes it difficult for ordinary people to handle, and it requires the skill of an advanced alchemist to release a special slash with the characteristics of a Ride Chemy Card.
- Ride Chemy Card Hangar (ライドケミーカードハンガー, Raido Kemī Kādo Hangā): The Ride Chemy Card reader. By loading a Ride Chemy Card, the Chemy's power can be read and its characteristics can be given to the transmutation process.
- Liberta Ratchet (リベルタラチェット, Riberuta Rachetto): The Ride Chemy Card Hangar's opening and closing mechanism. By pushing in hard, the lock is released and the Ride Chemy Card can be loaded.
- Tighten Scrapper (タイテンスクラッパー, Taiten Sukurappā): The emergency limiter cutoff mechanism. By tightening it, it destroys the safety mechanism and forces the alchemist to launch the powerful special technique Valvara Break, which places a tremendous load on the alchemist.
- Alchemy Trigger (アルケミートリガー, Arukemī Torigā): The trigger-type alchemy activation device. It is the starting point for various types of attacks.
Functionality
Transformation
Supana starts his transformation by opening the Liberta Ratchet to load the Madwheel Ride Chemy Card into the Ride Chemy Card Hangar, and then closes the Liberta Ratchet. He then do a series of pose, akin of a swordsman before pulling the trigger to transmute Madwheel into armor.
When transforming into Valvarad (Lachesis), Lachesis also starts her transformation by opening the Liberta Ratchet to load the Repli-Madwheel Repli Chemy Card into the Ride Chemy Card Hangar, and then closes the Liberta Ratchet. She then kissed her Valvarusher before pulling the trigger to transmute Repli-Madwheel into armor.

- Unlike the Gotchardriver, the Valvarusher recognizes the Kamen Rider Geats (Oneness ver.) and Kamen Rider Gotchard Rider Chemy Cards as Legend Rider cards.
- The Valvarusher's insertion announcements for Vehicle and Occult Ride Chemy Cards are identical to the Gotchardriver's, except distorted.
