Putotyra Combo (プトティラコンボ, Putotira Konbo), also known as the Invincible Combo (無敵のコンボ, Muteki no Konbo), is OOO's berserk final form, it is a purple combination accessed by the Ptera, Tricera and Tyranno Core Medals.

Along with Tajadol Combo, Putotyra is easily one of the most powerful Combos in OOO's arsenal. Putotyra Combo has much higher kicking power, jumping height, and running speed than Tajadol Combo, along with marginally higher punching power. It is also capable of destroying or damaging Core Medals, making this Combo more dangerous and destructive. After Eiji temporarily becomes a Greeed, he can access this form in the usual way or transform directly from his Greeed form. This form carried the risk of slowly turning Eiji into a mindless beast if he stays in the Combo for too long until he managed to gain control of the Purple Core Medals, but he still suffers from the physical strain resulting from Combo use. As a result of the purple Medals residing in his body, Eiji underwent a process known as "Greeedification", gradually turning him into a Greeed, which could be sped up by having more Medals enter his body.

Unlike the other combos, Putotyra Combo causes most of the OOO armor to become white and cannot form a mismatch with the other Core Medals, as the purple Medals are made in nature as the antithesis of desire, negating the power of the other Core Medals. The O Scanner announces this Combo by the long name of "Putotyrannosaurus" (プトティラノザウルス, Putotiranozaurusu) rather than just "Putotyra".

After the final battle against the Kyouryu Greeed, the Putotyra Combo was thought to be lost forever as the Purple Core Medals shattered by the Greeed-made black hole. However, in Super Hero Taisen, this Combo was shown to be restored. In Core Medal of Resurrection, Maki's remaining Purple Medals inside Ancient OOO were used a subsitute to regain this form.

This combo unlocks its own weapon: an axe/bazooka-hybrid called the Medagabryu, which later could be summoned outside of Putotyra.

In this form, OOO uses the External Fins on the Ptera Head to fly, as well as to freeze the opponent with a blast of icy air. The Wind Stingers on the Tricera Shoulders can stretch into various lengths according to Eiji's command. The Legsteranail on the Tyranno Legs enhance his kicking. He can also combine the Taildivider armor on the Tyranno Legs to form a tail that can give off a devastating blow.

This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Blasting Freezer (ブラスティングフリーザ, Burasutingu Furīzā). When activated, OOO uses his Tricera Shoulders' Wind Stingers to stab his opponents in the shoulders to hold them in place, while he uses his Ptera Head's External Fins to freeze them immediately after, and the Tyranno Legs' Taildivider to finish them off by smashing them into frozen shards.

Putotyra Combo consists of the following parts:

Ptera

• OOO Mask (Ptera Head) (オーズマスク（プテラヘッド）, Ōzu Masuku (Putera Heddo)): The helmet.
  • Javel Crest (ジャベルクレスト, Jaberu Kuresuto): An pointed crest that extends from the back of the head/the 'pteranodon head'. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that protects the area between the eyebrows and the top of the head. It has a peculiar shape that protrudes forward due to the increased size of the Amber O Quartz, and is also known as the "crown of the Transcendant".
  • Amber O Quartz (アンバーオークォーツ, Anbā Ō Kwōtsu): An amber-colored crystal organ in the middle of the forehead/the 'pteranodon beak'. It can sense enemies within a 15km radius.
  • Ptera Eyes (プテラアイ, Putera Ai): The green compound eyes. They are highly developed, and allows OOO to see with an extremely wide field of vision. They can also detect ultraviolet and infrared rays, which are invisible to humans.
  • Ptera Shield (プテラシールド, Putera Shīrudo): The purple sections spreading to the side off the face/the 'pteranodon wings'. It is an exterior shell that hat extends widely to the left and right of the Ptera head and is an auxiliary sensory organ that senses atmospheric currents. The large deployment of the line drive makes it possible to read minute movements of air currents.
  • Tiered Rush (ティアードラッシュ, Tiādo Rasshu): The small purple sections that spread out below the Ptera Shield/the 'pteranodon legs'. It is a smaller face guard that ensures visibility and unrestricted head movement.

It performs the same functions as the Ptera Shield.

• • Ptera Sonar (プテラソナー, Putera Sonā): The hearing organ on the Ptera Head. It has excellent hearing comparable to that of the the Taka Head.
  • Nose Blocker (ノーズブロッカー, Nōzu Burokkā): The mouth plate/the 'pteranodon torso'. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely. The roars it unleashes generates shockwaves that damage the opponent.
  • Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu): The neck. It protects the throat. The red segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
• OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Ky��ka Hifu)): The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
• O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru): The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Ptera's section is called the O Lung Top (オーラングトップ, Ō Rangu Toppu). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
• External Fins (エクスターナルフィン, Ekusutānaru Fin): The wings located on Putotyra Combo's back. A feather-like posture control organ located on the dorsal surface. It serves as a rudder to balance the body when landing or making sharp turns.

Tricera

• Tricera Shoulders (トラショルダー, Torikera Shorudā, lit. 'Tiger Shoulders'): The shoulder armor. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the shoulders. They It not only increases the OOO's own defensive strength, but also serves as a solid foundation for holding and firing the Wind Stingers. It is said that even a, let alone a, would have difficulty crushing this exoskeleton.
• Wind Stingers (ワインドスティンガー, Waindo Sutingā): The horns on the Tricera Shoulders. They expand and contract according to OOO's will, and have the power to pierce through even thick steel plates.

Like the Tricera Shoulders, the exoskeleton has been enlarged to increase its defensive strength, and its outer edge has sharp blades shape that can cut through the bonds between Cell Medals.
• Tricera Guardias (トリケラガーディア, Torikera Gādia): The back hand armor. The surface is covered with Line Drives, which store power and produce more powerful power.
• Tricera Grabbers (トリケラグラバー, Torikera Gurabā, lit. 'Tiger Grabbers'): The hands. It is reinforced exoskeleton-like skin encompassing the five fingers. They are so strong in battle that they can not only catch an opponent's attack with ease, but also have such a tremendous grip OOO can crush a Yummy's body with his bare hands.
• O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru): The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Tricera's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Tyranno

• Taildividers (テイルディバイダー, Teiru Dibaidā): The thigh armor. The layers of the exoskeleton allow it to expand and contract, and it can be manipulated like a part of the body at OOO's will, and it can also inflict powerful damage by striking an opponent.
• Tyranno Knee Dias (ティラノニーディアス, Tirano Nī Diasu): The purple segments on the knees. It has been greatly strengthened to support OOO's heavily armored upper body and developed lower body.
• Grand Feet (グランドフィート, Gurando Fīto): The purple shin armor. It's Line Drive is integrated with the muscles, a characteristic that gives it an overwhelming advantage in instantaneous force and power, although it is somewhat inferior in continuous movement for long periods of time.

• Legsteranail (レグステラネイル, Regusuteraneiru): The feet. The exoskeleton on the feet has been transformed into an armored state that supports OOO's body. The toes have been transformed into sharp, thick claws to provide greater stability, and they can accurately capture the ground from any position, helping to create overwhelming destructive power. It is said that the strength of its footsteps can even crush the earth.

Super Tatoba Combo (スーパータトバコンボ, Sūpā Tatoba Konbo) is OOO's extra final form and the evolved form of Tatoba Combo accessed by the Super Taka, Super Tora and Super Batta Core Medals. The colors of Super Tatoba are inverted compared to the original Tatoba Combo (meaning that he's mostly red, yellow, and green instead of black).

While this form's punching power is lower than both the Tajadol and Putotyra Combos, it has the highest kicking power and jumping height out of all of OOO's forms, as well as being slightly faster than Putotyra Combo.

This form features the Taka Head Brave, sporting red eyes instead of green and a pair wings that enable him to fly. This form also features the longer and sharper Toraclaw Solid claws, and the spiked Batta Goras Legs. Because the Medals powering this Combo are displaced in time, OOO, like the Super GingaOh, can bypass time to gain the upper hand on his enemies.

Super Tatoba Combo consists of the following parts:

Super Taka

• OOO Mask (Taka Head Brave) (オーズマスク（タカヘッド・ブレイブ）, Ōzu Masuku (Taka Heddo Bureibu)): The helmet.
  • Taka Head Brave (タカヘッド・ブレイブ, Takaheddo Bureibu, lit. 'Hawk Head Brave'): The Taka Head has been further enhanced during the transformation to Tajadol Combo. It is the head that Controls OOO's nervous system.
  • Taka Totem (タカトーテム, Takatōtemu, lit. 'Hawk Totem'): The red 'hawk head' in the middle of the forehead. The Line Drive in the forehead area changed to match the O Quartz. The radial spread around the Gold O Quartz improves the efficiency of OOO's energy supply and aids in the expansion of the supersensory perception.
  • Gold O Quartz (ゴルドオークォーツ, Gorudo Ō Kwōtsu): A gold crystal organ in the middle of the forehead/the 'hawk beak'. The O Quartz has changed to a golden color as a result of the transformation into Tajadol Combo. Its range of enemy perception extends to more than three times that of the Taka Head.
  • Taka Sharp Eyes (タカシャープアイ, Taka Shāpu Ai, lit. 'Hawk Sharp Eyes'): The red compound eyes. They are highly developed visual organs, and with a wide angle of vision, allowing OOO to see a wide area. • Tora Goras Arms (トラゴラスアーム, Tora Gorasu Āmu, lit. 'Tiger Goras Arms'): The arms. OOO's arms have been transformed by the Super Tora Medal from the future.
• Tora Gauntlies (トラガントリー, Tora Gantorī, lit. 'Tiger Gauntlies'): The forearm armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that protects the arms.Not only has its defensive performance been greatly improved, but it also has the robustness to support the larger Toraclaw Solid.

Super Batta

• Supreme Armor (シュプリームアーマー, Shupurīmu Āmā): The colorful skin. The Line Drives that cover most of the surface of OOO's body causes changes in energy phase and body color. Energy received from the outside, such as electricity and heat, is absorbed from the line drive to reduce damage.
• Batta Goras Legs (バッタゴラスレッグ, Batta Gorasu Reggu, lit. 'Grasshopper Goras Legs'): The legs. OOO's legs have been transformed by the Super Batta Medal from the future.

Tajadol Combo Eternity (タジャドルコンボ エタニティ, Tajadoru Konbo Etaniti) is OOO's extra final form, and the evolved version of the normal Tajadol Combo.

Compared to the original latter, Tajadol Combo Eternity is overall the strongest of OOO's Combos, bearing immense strength and extreme jump height to a towering degree. While it also possess flight, it is still slower than Latorartar Combo by minimum.

This form is used when Ankh takes control of Eiji’s body in the final battle against Goda. He is also armed with the Tajanityspinner that can fire flaming orbs of energy at its opponent. It is capable of reading the three Eternity Core Medals, which if used in conjunction with four of Ankh's Core Medals, allows for an Eternity Charge (エタニティチャージ, Etaniti Chāji), which consists of Ankh hurling a phoenix crossed-shaped fireball at the opponent.

This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Eternitynence Drop (エタニティネンスドロップ, Etanitinensu Doroppu), in which he jumps into the air and performs a flying kick, with energy peacock feathers sprouting from his back. As he passes through three red energy rings, he also manifests energy hawk wings and four mechanical condor talons. After the kick strikes the enemy, the talons crush them.

Tajadol Combo consists of the following parts:

Taka Eternity

• OOO Mask (Taka Head Eternity) (オーズマスク（タカヘッド・エタニティ）, Ōzu Masuku (Taka Heddo Etaniti)): The helmet.
  • Taka Head Eternity (タカヘッド・エタニティ, Takaheddo Etaniti, lit. 'Hawk Head Eternity'): The Taka Head has been further enhanced during the transformation to Tajadol Combo Eternity. It is the head that Controls OOO's nervous system.
  • Ankh Engrave (アンクエングレーブ, Anku Engurēbu): The red 'hawk head' on the top of the head. It is the central organ that manages and controls the capabilities of the O Medals. By incorporating the Eternity O Quartz, it is able to make advanced adjustments specialized for the Avian Core Medals, and has the power to control flames at will.
  • Eternity O Quartz (エタニティオークォーツ, Etanity Ō Kwōtsu): A green crystal organ in the left-middle of the forehead/the 'phoenix eye'. The O Quartz has changed as a result of the transformation into Tajadol Combo Eternity, and its range of enemy perception extends to more than five times that of the Taka Head.
  • Taka Sharp Eyes (タカシャープアイ, Taka Shāpu Ai, lit. 'Hawk Sharp Eyes'): The green compound eyes. They are highly developed visual organs, and with a wide angle of vision, allowing OOO to see a wide area. OOO's ability to grasp three-dimensional space is enhanced while in Tajadol Combo Eternity, and he will not lose sight of the opponent's position even when flying at high speed, upside down, or in a tailspin.

• OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)): The black parts. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability. It can defend the body from diamond-hard attacks.
• Elbowindsors (エルボウィンザー, Erubouinzā): The elbow armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that protects the elbow joint. They have layers of thin, sharp blade-like plates that can be used as a weapon to cut through opponents.
• Kujaku Guardias (クジャクガーディア, Kujaku Gādia, lit. 'Peacock Guardias'): The forearm armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that covers only part of the forearms, enabling quick attacks while maintaining defensive strength.
• Kujaku Bracetles (クジャクブレストル, Kujaku Buresutoru, lit. 'Peacock Bracetles'): The gold bands on the forearms. It is an energy amplifying organ that stores energy sent from the O Lung Circle. They temporarily increase the muscular strength of the arm and enhances punching power.
• Kujaku Knuckles (クジャクナックル, Kujaku Nakkuru, lit. 'Peacock Knuckles'): The back hand armor. It serves to protects OOO's hands.
• Kujaku Grabbers (クジャクグラバー, Kujaku Gurabā, lit. 'Peacock Grabbers'): The hands. It is a reinforced exoskeleton-like skin encasing the five fingers. In combat, it increases in strength and catches the attack of the opponent.
• Eternity Kujaku Tail (エタニティクジャクテイル, Etaniti Kujaku Teiru, lit. 'Eternity Peacock Tail'): The rainbow-colored peacock tail on Tajadol Combo Eternity's back. It is an energy stabilizer deployed on the back. It deploys infinitely according to the output of the Tajanityspinner a buckler-shaped energy release device worn on the left forearm, and its flight speed and attack power increase in proportion to that number.
• O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru): The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Kujaku Eternity's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Condor Eternity

• Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu): The red lines on the legs. It is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
• Feather Drive (フェザードライブ, Fezā Doraibu): The red lines on the thighs. It set of Line Drives that cover the thighs and are developed with multiple branches. It controls the flow of air around it during high-speed flight and also controls attitude in the air. It also strengthens leg strength and sends amplified energy to the toes, dramatically improving kicking power.
• Condor Knee Dias (コンドルニーディアス, Kondoru Nī Diasu): The red segments on the knees. This part has the same function as the Kujaku Shoulders. They protect the legs from attacks by opponents, reduce air resistance during flight, and generate lift. In addition, the high heat generated generates tremendous propulsive force similar to a jet engine.
• Raptored Edges (ラプタードエッジ, Raputādo Ejji): The "front claws" on the Condor Legs. It is composed of two claw-like exoskeletons present near the heel. Not only does it increase the power of kicks, but it can also cut through opponents by generating two vacuum blades.
• Striker Nails (ストライカーネイル, Sutoraikā Neiru): The "hind claw" on the Condor Legs. It is a sharp claw-like exoskeleton present in the toe portion. At the same time as a kick hits, they send an impact inside the opponent's body, thereby converting the force of the blow into damage more efficiently.
• Condor Ankle Toes (コンドルアンクルトゥ, Kondoru Ankuru Tu, lit. 'Condor Ankle Toes'): The feet and ankles. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the ankle area. Thin layers of the exoskeleton overlap to form a structure similar to a spring, absorbing the impact of a dive lam a high altitude.
• O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru): The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Condor Eternity's section is called O Lung Under (オーラングアンダー, Ō Rangu Andā). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Tamashiy Combo (タマシーコンボ, Tamashī Konbo), also known as the Soul Combo (魂のコンボ, Tamashii no Konbo) and the Monster Combo (怪人コンボ, Kaijin Konbo), is OOO's red and gold combination accessed with the Taka, Imagin, & Shocker Core Medals.

This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Tamashiy Bomber (魂ボンバー, Tamashii Bonbā), which OOO executes by first gathering energy between his hands, which changes into the symbol of the Shocker Medal. He then launches the symbol at his opponent, and the symbol attaches itself to the chest of the opponent, and as it does, OOO gathers energy in either hand, which form the Taka and Imagin Medal symbols, respectively, and then launches them at the opponent. The three symbols then merge into the symbol of Tamashiy Combo and explodes.

Tamashiy Combo only appeared in the film as OOO uses this Combo only once before it was lost forever, when the Shocker and Imagin Medals dissolved away when the timeline was restored.

Tamashiy Combo consists of the following parts:

Taka

• OOO Mask (Taka Head) (オーズマスク（タカヘッド）, Ōzu Masuku (Taka Heddo)): The helmet.
  • Taka Head (タカヘッド, Takaheddo, lit. 'Hawk Head'): The black overall helmet. It is a central organ that manages the various O Medals' abilities. The black segments are hardened skin, and are so hard that not even large-caliber magnum bullets can pierce through.
  • O Quartz (オークォーツ, Ō Kwōtsu): A red crystal organ in the middle of the forehead/the 'hawk beak'. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Tamashiy's case, it is a red rhombus.
  • Taka Eyes (タカアイ, Taka Ai, lit. 'Hawk Eyes'): The green compound eyes. They are highly developed, and allows OOO to see humans up to 8k away and objects that are as close as 0.02mm away from him. Additionally, OOO can see targets up to 3km away in the dark.
  • Taka Shield (タカシールド, Taka Shīrudo, lit. 'Hawk Shield'): The red sections spreading to the side off the face/the 'hawk wings'. It is an exterior shell that protects the face, and is capable of detecting minute air vibrations. Any excess energy generated by the O Medals are released by the Taka Shield into the surrounding environment.
  • Taka Sonar (タカソナー, Taka Sonā, lit. 'Hawk Sonar'): The Taka Shield's black segments. They are supersensitive organs that allow OOO to hear sounds excellently.
  • Nose Blocker (ノーズブロッカー, Nōzu Burokkā): The mouth plate/the 'hawk tail'. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
  • Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu): The neck. It protects the throat. The red segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
• OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)): The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
• O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru): The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Taka's section is called the O Lung Top (オーラングトップ, Ō Rangu Toppu). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Imagin

• Ore no Tsuno (オレノツノ, Ore no Tsuno, lit. My Horns'): The shoulder armor. OOO’s shoulders have been transformed into the shape of Momotaros’s horns by the power of the Imagin Medal. The excess power of Momotaros flows through the Line drive, causing it to develop greatly. They can be used as weapons, but are more like decorations for "fighting in style," which is Momotaros's creed.
• OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)): The black parts. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability. It can defend the body from diamond-hard attacks.
• Imagin Momo Guardias (イマジンモモガーディア, Imajin Momo Gādia): The forearm armor. OOO’s arms have been strengthened by the significant development of their Line Drives. Both their power and reaction speed are tremendous, and it has been confirmed that there are times where OOO’s body moves instinctively before OOO’s thoughts occur in the Taka Head.
• Imagin Momo Bracetles (イマジンモモブレストル, Imajin Momo Buresutoru): The red bands on the forearms. It is an organ used to control the arms transformed by the Imagine Medal using the Taka Head. They serve to prevent the power of the Imagin, which specialize in possessing humans, from taking over the body and causing it to run amok.
• Imagin Momo Knuckles (イマジンモモナックル, Imajin Momo Nakkuru): The back hand armor. It serves to protects OOO's hands.
• Imagin Momo Grabbers (��マジンモモグラバー, Imajin Momo Gurabā): The hands. It is a reinforced exoskeleton-like skin encasing the five fingers. They have a tremendous grip and show their power in battle, but are not good at handling detailed tasks.
• O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru): The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Imagin's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Shocker

• Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu): The red lines on the legs. It is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
• Shock Drive (ショックドライブ, Shokku Doraibu): The golden lines on the thighs. It set of Line Drives that cover the thighs and are developed with multiple branches. It not only serves as a protective armor covering the thigh, but also functions as a kind of nerve cell aggregate, and is inscribed with the battle data of the monsters and combatants created by Shocker so far. It also has the function of converting the power of the Core Medals into the optimal Yee Pulse and transmitting it to the Shocker Nails.
• Shocker Knee Dias (ショッカーニーディアス, Shokkā Nī Diasu, lit. 'Shocker Knee Dias'): The golden segments on the knees. It is an exoskeleton that protects the legs from attack. The exoskeleton's periphery is as sharp as a polished sword, powerful enough to cut through an opponent's body just by touching it.
• Darkness Edges (ラプタードエッジ, Dākunesu Ejji): The "front claws" on the Shocker Legs. It is composed of two claw-like exoskeletons present near the heel. The dark emotions of the Shocker members are sealed away, and they are characterized by an increased sharpness when dealing with those who carry a strong evil spirit.
• Shocker Nails (ショッカーネイル, Shokkā Neiru): The "hind claw" on the Shocker Legs. It is a sharp claw-like exoskeleton present in the toe portion. At the same time as a kick hits, they send the Yee Pulse transmitted from the Shock Drive into the opponent's body.
• Shocker Ankle Toes (ショッカーアンクルトゥ, Shokkā Ankuru Tu, lit. 'Shocker Ankle Toes'): The feet and ankles. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the ankle area. The thin, layered exoskeleton folds over to form a suspension-like structure that protects the legs from the impact of intense combat.
• O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru): The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Shocker's section is called O Lung Under (オーラングアンダー, Ō Rangu Andā). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Bikaso Combo (ビカソコンボ, Bikaso Konbo), also known as the Arthropod Combo (節足動物系コンボ, Sessokudoubutsukei Konbo), is Kamen Rider OOO's orange, magenta, and purple combination accessed with the clawed arthropod-based Ebi, Kani, and Sasori Core Medals. It is analogous to the Armored Warrior Inhumanoid.

In this form OOO is primarily a close-range brawler, capable of dealing fast but powerful blows while boasting exceptional agility and evasion. Its armor consists of a sturdy exoskeleton on top of flexible body tissues, providing shock absorption as well as defense. Though it isn't explicitly linked to an element like many of OOO's other Combos, it may be intended to be Metal-elemental, as evidenced by the metallic "clang" sound during its transformation song.

The Ebi Head (エビヘッド, Ebi Heddo, lit. 'Shrimp Head') possesses grid-like compound eyes that give almost 360° dynamic vision, while the antennae can detect even the faintest of sounds, allowing OOO to hear sounds up to 10 kilometers away if he concentrates. The flaps on either side of the face function like reactive armor, repelling impacts in a chosen direction.

The Kani Arms (カニアーム, Kani Āmu, lit. 'Crab Arms') give OOO jagged pincer claws called the Kani Scissors (カニシザース, Kani Shizāsu, lit. 'Crab Scissors'), which can be used for both striking and grappling attacks. The external surface of the Scissors is extremely hard, allowing them to be used as makeshift shields.

The Sasori Legs (サソリレッグ, Sasori Rēggu, lit. 'Scorpion Legs') take advantage of Bikaso's light weight by giving him quick footwork. The scorpion reliefs on the knees feature small scissors which enhance the power of OOO's knee kicks, while the Sasori Ankle Toes (サソリアンクルトゥ, Sasori Ankuru Tou, lit. 'Scorpion Ankle Toe') on the feet allow him to inject enemies with a poisonous liquid that paralyzes their nervous system.

This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Bikaso Splash (ビカソスプラッシュ, Bikaso Supurasshu), a rapid-fire barrage of punches. It also possesses two special attacks:

• Clamping Crush (クランピングクラッシュ, Kuranpingu Kurasshu): OOO grapples the enemy with the Kani Scissors, crushing them with up to 1 billion Newtons of force.
• Turning Scorpion (ターニングスコーピオン, Tāningu Sukōpion): OOO performs a turn knee kick, grabbing the enemy with his knee scissors, and follows up with a high kick.^[4]

Shigazeshi Combo (シガゼシコンボ, Shigazeshi Konbo), also known as the Artiodactyl Combo (偶蹄類系コンボ, Gūteiruikei Konbo) is Kamen Rider OOO's goldenrod and white combination accessed with the artiodactyla-based Shika, Gazelle, and Ushi Core Medals.

Shigazeshi excels at rushing attacks using the multitude of horns on its body combined with its powerful legs giving it exceptional running and jumping ability. Though it isn't explicitly associated with an element like many of OOO's other combos, it may be intended to be Wood-element due to the sound of a tree falling that plays during its transformation song.

The Shika Head (シカヘッド, Shika Heddo, lit. 'Deer Head") grants OOO exceptional hearing, including high frequency sounds outside the normal human range of perception. This gives Shigazeshi the ability to perceive the surrounding area or the internal structure of buildings in three dimensions simply by listening to the wind and other sounds. It also grants a 320° field of view, allowing OOO to observe the enemy and the surrounding area at the same time. The Shika Antlers (シカアントラー, Shika Antorā, lit. 'Deer Antlers') focus the power of OOO's headbutt attacks into a single point, allowing him to pierce through anything.

The Gazelle Arms (ガゼルアーム, Gazeru Āmu) give OOO the Gazelle Antlers (ガゼルアントラー, Gazeru Antorā), tough horn-like blades that extend past his hands. Like the Shika Antlers, they concentrate all their force onto a single point to maximize damage. Both shoulders feature similar antler-like horns, enhancing the power of OOO's tackles.

The Ushi Legs (ウシレッグ, Ushi Rēggu, lit. 'Cow Legs') give OOO explosive leg strength, enough to tear furrows in the ground when he lunges. The "nose rings" on the knees are power limiters; when removed, they give OOO an overwhelming but uncontrollable amount of power.

This Combo's Scanning Charge is the Shigazeshi Stomp (シガゼシストンプ, Shigazeshi Sutonpu), wherein OOO performs a charging headbutt and launches his enemy into the air, then leaps up and sends them back to the ground with a powerful stomp. It also possesses one special attack:

• Twin Lance Corkscrew (ツインランスコークスクリュー, Tsuin Ransu Kōkusukuryū): A lunging thrust attack performed with both Gazelle Antlers.^[4]

Mukachiri Combo (ムカチリバコンボ, Mukachiri Konbo), also known as the Venomous Combo (有毒系コンボ, Yūdokukei Konbo), is OOO's purple, yellow, and black combination accessed with the venomous arthropod-based Mukade, Hachi, and Ari Core Medals. It is analogous to Kamen Rider Goda

This Combo was specifically designed to carry out assassination missions, excelling at stealth and possessing the ability to refine and wield powerful poisons. It boasts the unique "Combo Power" to instantly multiply its cells, allowing OOO to freely elongate or contract any part of his body.

The Mukade Head (ムカデデヘッド, Mukade Heddo, lit. 'Centipede Head') possesses 38 smaller eyes that supplement the primary compound eyes, while the Center Centipede (センターセンチピード, Sentā Senchipīdo) "ponytail" features multiple antennae that grant enhanced awareness, giving OOO the ability to operate even total darkness.

The Hachi Arms (ハチアーム, Hachi Āmu, lit. 'Bee Arms') possess small wings on the shoulders, allowing OOO to fly at low altitudes. The right arm is equipped with the retractable Hachi Needle (ハチニードル, Hachi Nīdoru, lit. 'Bee Needle') while the left equips the Hachi Shield (ハチシール, Hachi Shīrudo, lit. 'Bee Shield'), which features a honeycomb structure filled with a jelly-like material that absorbs shock, providing a two-stage defense. Mukachiri's Combo Power allows OOO to multiply the shield's honeycomb structure, making it large enough to cover his entire body.

The Ari Legs (アリレッグ, Ari Rēggu, lit. 'Ant Legs') allow OOO to walk on walls and ceilings as if they were level ground and sneak up on an enemy undetected. The number of ant crests on the lower legs multiplies as OOO uses Mukachiri's Combo Power. The knees and toes feature small needles that allow OOO to inject poison into an enemy via kicking attacks.

This Combo's Scanning Charge is the Heat Ari Kick (ヒートアリキック, Hīto Ari Kīkku, lit. 'Heat Ant Kick'), a diving kick performed while the Center Centipede wraps around OOO's body and emits powerful poisons. It also possesses two special attacks:

• Centipede Choke (センチピードチョーク, Senchipīdo Chōku): OOO extends the Center Centipede to strangle an enemy and inject them with poison.
• Stab of Bee (スタッブオブビー, Sutabbu obu Bī): OOO pierces an enemy with the Hachi Needle, injecting poison into their body.^[4]

Seishirogin Combo (セイシロギンコンボ, Seishirogin Konbo), also known as the Cold Combo (寒冷系コンボ, Kanreikei Konbo) is Kamen Rider OOO's ash gray, white, and navy combination accessed with the polar animal-based Seiuchi, Shirokuma, and Penguin Core Medals.

This combo is said to excel in colder climates, giving OOO an advantage against enemies in extreme situations. It is technically an Ice-element Combo like Putotyra, though Seishiroguin represents the strength to survive harsh environments while Putotyra draws from the concept of "extinction" from Earth's Ice Ages.

The Seiuchi Head (セイウチヘッド, Seiuchi Heddo, lit. 'Walrus Head') extends OOO's vision into infrared ranges, letting him see even in poor-visibility conditions such as blizzards. Like the Shachi and Same Heads, it also possesses the ability to perceive water currents and pressure. Both sides of the head are equipped with the Seiuchi Fang (セイウチファング, Seiuchi Fangu, lit. 'Walrus Fang'), which can be used for stabbing attacks.

The Shirokuma Arms (シロクマアーム, Shirokuma Āmu, lit. 'Polar Bear Arms') equip OOO with the Shirokuma Heels (シロクマヒエール, Shirokuma Hēru, lit. 'Polar Bear Heels'), gauntlets resembling a polar bear's paws. Besides possessing long claws for close combat, they can freeze any objects they touch by drawing heat away from them. Both shoulders feature large, protruding pauldrons which constantly circulate energy in order to insulate OOO against cold temperatures.

The Penguin Legs (ペンギンレッグ, Pengin Rēggu) are structured like swim fins, granting OOO an incredible water speed of 120 knots. The penguin-shaped shin armor also possesses movable flippers that allow him to stir up the water.

This Combo's Scanning Charge is the Gokkan Blizzard (ゴッカンブリザード, Gokkan Burizādo, 'Extremely Cold Blizzard'), a powerful punch from the Shirokuma Arms supplemented by freezing air, similar to Putotyra Combo's Blasting Freezer. It also possesses two special attacks:

• Polar Fang (ポールファング, Pōru Fangu): OOO stabs the enemy with the Seiuchi Fangs.
• Flipper Vortex (フリッパーボルテックス, Furippā Borutekkusu): OOO generates streams of water by flapping the flippers on his shins, using the pressure differential to create a whirlpool.^[4]
