The Stinkbug Orphnoch (スティンクバグオルフェノク, Sutinkubagu Orufenoku) is an Orphnoch who assumed the form of the man in a shrine (神社にいた男, Jinja ni Ita Otoko). He is equipped with gas grenades on his waist that cause vomiting and skin and eye irritation.

He was first defeated by Yuji Kiba and Faiz, and later attempted to kill Mari and Keitaro before he himself was killed by Yuji Kiba in Horse Orphnoch form, who impaled the Stinkbug Orphnoch on his sword.

Powers and Abilities
- Transformation to Orphnoch: As all his race, he can transform of human to Orphnoch. Though his human form was seen in books, it never appeared in the series.
- Destroy hearts: As Orphnoch, he can used his worn tentacle or weapon for eliminated the hearts of theis victims in burst of flames.
- Superhuman Strength: He can used his strength to strangled to his victims.
- Gas grenades: He throws stinkbug-like gas grenades at that causes vomiting, dermatitis, and eye inflammation.
- Stealth: He can use stealth behavior to attack his victims.
