Shocker Rider No.2 is one of the twelve Shocker Riders created by the original Shocker. He has a white scarf.
Twelve or Six?[]
In the original Kamen Rider manga and later S.I.C. Hero Saga story Missing Link, there were twelve Shocker Riders. However, when the Shocker Riders appeared in the TV show, there was only six of them. The reboot movie Kamen Rider The Next also used this number of Shocker Riders.
