- The episode title is a reference to the Japanese title of the song of the same name from the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz.
- Producer Yousuke Minato proposed from the start that it should rain throughout the entire episode until Houtaro returns with the rainbow. Since the episode was filmed in early April, the cast members had to endure both the cold and wet clothes while performing.[1]
