Onibi Seiuchi (オニビセイウチ[note 1] lit. "Demon Flame Walrus") is Destron's cyborg who appears in Kamen Rider V3. A walrus-type cyborg, he is the second warrior of the Kiba Clan, being summoned by Baron Kiba to carry out the task of killing all the member of Youth Rider League.

Character History[]

Engaged in a strategy to annihilate the Rider League who visited his mountain lodge of Onibi Swamp to camp, impersonating Tobee Tachibana's old friend Ito (伊藤, Itō). The combatants who watched Shiro Kazami and Ken Sakuma were everywhere, and when they tried to kill Ken on their own initiative, one of the combatants captured by V3 leaked this strategy, so they changed to a strategy to kill only the current Rider League members. The real Ito was kept alive in consideration of the final strategy.

At the end, he received V3 Kaiten Full Kick and squeezed the last power while suffering a fatal injury. Then, he guides V3 to the Destron's hideout at the bottom of the Onibi Swamp to trap the Rider. When he reached Baron Kiba, he was held in his arms and watched over him, fulfilling his last task and dies there. [Spectre of Onibi Swamp: Rider Scouts Annihilated!?]

Revived[]

General Yoroi later revived Onibi Seiuchi in order to ambush Kamen Rider V3. He was defeated by V3 with a jumping kick. [The Last Day of Destron]

Statistics

Onibi Seiuchi had four sharp fangs on his mouth, which is said to have been brushing his fangs in the Solomon Sea. He can freely manipulate the fireball (demon flame). In addition to attacking enemies using this, he has the ability to turn Destron Combatmens into fireballs and summon them to attack. There is a technique to spit out Hitodama Gas (人魂ガス, Hitodama Gasu) from his mouth that rots humans. Although a bit weak when on land, he was good at underwater battles, and able to swim at 200 km/h[5]. He once dragged the V3 into the underwater of his home ground and won. The Devil's Ritual of Dobu (ーブー教の悪魔の儀式, Dōbū-kyō no Akuma no Gishiki) allows him to borrow the form of the person by slurping the blood of the sacrificed human, but it has the disadvantage that his original form is reflected in the mirror.

Behind the scenes[]

Onibi Seiuchi was voiced by Shun Yashiro (八代 駿, Yashiro Shun). His suit actor was Masaru Okada (岡田 勝, Okada Masaru).[6] As Ito, he was portrayed by Keisuke Nakai (中井 啓輔, Nakai Keisuke).
