Plot[]
- "According to this DVD, it is said that the ghosts of a sister and brother disappeared in this school while playing here. They are still wandering around to find a playing partner, even to this day. And there is one man who awakens in this school tonight. His name is Geiz Myokoin. He has a hidden secret that even no one knows: And that secret is... Oh, don't get cursed from this point on, okay? Now then, please watch what happens next."
- ―Black Woz[src]
A streamer tries to do a recording in an abandoned school premise, only to left the scene after observing the supposed ghost. Taking the abandoned camera, Woz talks to the audience by summarizing the events prior and during this conversation before he shuts his lips, telling them to tune in. Geiz awakens in that school's infirmary and encounters the Another Riders Ghost, Hibiki and Gaim along the way.
It all started earlier that morning when the tenants of 9 5 DO were having breakfast. Geiz was unable to fall asleep after watching a horror film but strongly denies the idea of being afraid. Through Woz's suggestion, Sougo and Tsukuyomi participated in a plan to scare him using an abandoned school premise. Geiz wakes up in the infirmary and is guided by Woz to prevail through all three obstacles to get out. Woz first scares him using explosive smoke tricks, followed by Sougo puppeteering a skeleton. However the set of pyrotechnics was not his own doing, and to his (and Woz's) surprise, Geiz is misdirected into the music room where he is spooked by a pair of ghosts instead of Tsukuyomi. Through the latter's investigation, the school premise was infamous for being haunted by a pair of siblings, and the three altogether assumed the Time Jackers Heure and Ora were responsible for the sabotage.
Fast forward to present, Geiz gets chased by the Another Riders when he gets too afraid to fight. Despite Sougo and Woz's attempts at saving him, none of the Another Riders are affected and all three are forced to the school's rooftop. Geiz's intense fear resonates with the Ghost Ridewatch, transforming into Kamen Rider Geiz Bibill Armor. Geiz's own fear becomes his source of power and manages to deal a powerful finishing blow, but the Another Riders appear unscathed, eventually stopping their attacks and performing dances. Tsukuyomi reaches to the boys and revealed that the "Time Jackers" are actually the ghost siblings sharing their uncanny resemblance, and that the Another Riders were only acting as their servants to serve as their playmate. The ghost siblings reveal themselves, thanking the Kamen Riders as they left for the afterlife. The sun rises but to Tsukuyomi's dismay, her friends fell unconscious from the trauma of their supernatural encounter.

Notes[]
- As a Hyper Battle DVD featuring horror/thriller themes, some elements of this special are taken from Japanese horror films or famous animation series.
- The title is likely a reference to GeGeGe no Kitaro, specifically to BiBiBi no Nezumi-Otoko, also known in the west as "Rat Man".
- Gegege no Kitaro was also directly mentioned in Kamen Rider Zi-O: Supplementary Plan episode, Ghostly Teacher which also had a cameo from Yurusen.
- Tsukuyomi is seen portraying a white-dressed woman similar to Sadako from The Ring franchise.
- Another Ghost and Another Hibiki have the ghost and Oni motif. Although Another Gaim doesn't have a spirit-related motif, he might be used in reference to Taira no Tomomori, a samurai ghost in the Heian period.
- The title is likely a reference to GeGeGe no Kitaro, specifically to BiBiBi no Nezumi-Otoko, also known in the west as "Rat Man".
- The outfit that Geiz is wearing in this special is the same exact outfit that he wore during the Ex-Aid arc.
- This is officially considered the last Heisei Hyper Battle DVD Special for the Heisei era. However, the last one to release within the actual Heisei Era was Kamen Rider Prime Rogue, while this one released in the Reiwa era.
- The Hyper Battle DVD's release date is the same day as Kamen Rider Zero-One's premiere date.
- At one point The Another Riders perform a dance that is identical to the one seen in Michael Jackson's Thriller video.
- It is unknown whether the three Another Riders are mirages, or simply ghosts that are identical to the real ones, as they vanish along with the Boy and Girl.
- This is writer Kota Fukihara's only work in the whole Kamen Rider Series before he passed away.
- Kamen Rider Zi-O comes back to the single Hyper Battle Video per entry, since Kamen Rider Gaim.
