The Screw Module (スクリューモジュール, Sukuryū Mojūru) is the Fourze Module which is equipped on the left leg of Kamen Rider Fourze via the triangle-based Screw Switch (スクリュースイッチ, Sukuryū Suitchi). The Screw Module allows Fourze to propel himself underwater without tiring himself out. Since the Screw Module covers his entire lower leg, it is impratical for land travel, as well as walking in shallow water.
