Ichirou Tachibana (立花 勢地郎, Tachibana Ichirō) is the current Head Official of Takeshi's Higashitsukuba branch. He is a cheerful man who sends the Oni out on their missions and gives them thoughtful advice before they go into battle. He researches on the Makamou with the library at his disposal.
