The Desire Cards (デザイアカード, Dezaia Kādo) are large whiteboard-like cards given to participants of the Desire Grand Prix, for them to write down their desires.
Overview[]
The front side of the Desire Card contains a panel which can be written on. The back side of the Desire Card shows a golden logo of the Desire Grand Prix, overlaid on a black and white background which extends onto the border of the front side.

All participants will automatically receive a Desire Card and a quill upon entering the Desire Temple's hall. If a player was invited in the mid-game, the player will receive the Desire Card after the round ends or directly along with the Mission Box during the game if applicable. After their desire and signature below is written down and locked in, the handwritten font will be changed to printed text. Whether writing horizontally or vertically, it will not affect the card to remember it. If the desire written down cannot be granted by the DGP organization, the font will disappear instead. The DGP organization also has the rights to refuse the desire written by the participant, as seen when A attempted to wish for his mother to return only for the card to delete his wish.
The player in the lead of the rankings during the final round wins the game and earns the title of Deza Shin (デザ神, Deza Shin, lit. "Desire God"), with their desire on their Desire Card being granted. Their corresponding card will be stamped with a "Done" label to signify this. The Deza Shin's desires will continue to be active until they are killed in the DGP games. The Desire cards will then be kept by the DGP Management. In some situations, the "Done" label will not be stamped on Desire Card immediately upon the player's win, if they choose to delay the time for the desire to be granted until the corresponding time arrives. These cards will kept by the producer instead after the tournament ends.
If a player loses and is retired, their desire will literally be erased from them, altering who they are once their memories are erased. The only way to regain that feeling of desire is to come in contact with a Core ID and be selected to be a Kamen Rider again for the next game.
A desire can be resubmitted on a Desire Card if said accepted wish was unfulfilled in the last game.[Conspiracy II: Jyamato's Labyrinth] Additionally, players can choose not to wish for anything, as seen when Win Hareruya has wished nothing on his Desire Card when he participates as a player in Conspiracy Arc.[Conspiracy V: Glare of Anger]
Depending on how the wish is written via word-choice, it can affect future events, as shown when Ace Ukiyo was eliminated but still qualified to rejoin the DGP even after Girori's denial due to the former's first wish being to participate in the Desire Grand Prix until his death, as well as A and his reincarnations granting Ace the Boost MarkII Buckle despite them being long deceased.[Conspiracy VI: Kamen Rider Qualifications][Lamentation II: The Scarlet Boost!] The wish is also can affect the management of DGP if the player wish, despite their memories will not be altered, as Ace has use his wish to make Tsumuri and Girori to become his family and even try to become a DGP Game Master himself.
Desire Cards can also be used by individuals other than DGP Players, such as Colus and Beroba, to wish for their desire to come true, though they must have a Vision Driver equipped (later upgraded to having both the Game Master and Producer's drivers). Select individuals can also use a Desire Card in exchange for becoming sponsors of the DGP. The Executive Producer Suel can directly create wishes through voice input instead of writing them down.
Desire Royale[]
In the Desire Royale, The Desire Cards are redesigned.
- In the first incarnation under Colus' control, the back side of the Desire Card now has a dark foggy background surrounded by red chains with the Desire Royale's logo with the front side having the same foggy design for the border.
- In the second incarnation under Suel's control, the front side of the Desire Card has the Desire Royale logo with the back side of the Desire Card now only has the black and white background like the DGP Desire Card which extends onto the border of the front side.
