The Arms Monsters (アームズモンス���ー, Āmuzu Monsutā) are a trio of demons allied with Wataru Kurenai, allowing him to access a variety of forms as Kamen Rider Kiva.
History[]
The trio are the last remaining members of their respective Demon Races (魔族, Mazoku), which 10 out of the 13 races were completely extinguished by the Fangires. As a result of their races' genocide, they harbor hate and revenge. The originally intervened with Otoya Kurenai and other humans on a regular basis, until Otoya befriended them and convinced to stop killing other humans.
When the King offered to spare their lives in exchange for Otoya's execution, the trio's refusal lead to them being sealed away into small Fuestles. However because they made a Darkness Pledge (闇の盟約, Yami no Meiyaku) with Otoya prior to his death, they were placed at Castle Doran as caretakers, vowing to use their abilities in service of Otoya's son Wataru, and by his extension, the Wonderful Blue Sky Organization. With the pact, they become Arms Monsters, allowing Kiva to access powerful new forms. They can sometimes also get directly invovled when needed to in order to fully support Kiva.
When not being used as Arms Monsters, they watch over the outside world in the castle while playing a variety of classic table-top games such as tarot cards or chess. Sometimes they'll also play a demonic version of Old Maid as a fun penalty for losing.
During the events of Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade Neo Generations: The Onigashima Warship, the Arms Monsters were briefly possessed by Urataros, Ryutaros and Kintaros in the 1930s whom they are very similar to.

A.R. World[]
The Arms Monsters in the World of Kiva.

The Arms Monsters are also the servants of Kiva in the A.R. World of Kiva, each the last of his kind. Composed of Garulu of the Wolfen Race, Basshaa of the Merman Race, and Dogga of the Franken Race, they support Kiva by turning into the weapons that allow Kiva to change form. [Second Movement ♬ Prince Kiva] They are absorbed into Beetle Fangire's breast plate and shoulder armor when they question their new king's intentions of removing the human/Fangire coexistence law. Isshin Chiba (千葉 一伸, Chiba Isshin), Koki Miyata (宮田 幸季, Miyata Kōki), and Takaya Kuroda (黒田 崇矢, Kuroda Takaya), voice Garulu, Basshaa, and Dogga, respectively.

Rider Cards[]
The power the Arms Monsters lend Kiva are harnessed in the Kiva Garulu Form (キバガルルフォーム, Kiba Garuru Fōmu), Kiva Basshaa Form (キババッシャーフォーム, Kiba Basshā Fōmu), and Kiva Dogga Form (キバドッガフォーム, Kiba Dogga Fōmu) Form Ride Cards (フォームライドカード, Fōmu Raido Kādo), which are used by Decade to transform into Kiva's respective Arms Monster forms. They are used in quick succession in the World of Ryuki to fight Kamen Rider Knight.
