Plot[]

Taiga is still kneeling on the floor with the Gamer Driver and Gashat in his hands. Asuna enters wondering what he is doing there and about Maki, with Taiga only mumbling repeatedly the words "Bugster Vius". Asuna begins to worry about him but Taiga quickly stands up, angrily exclaiming that he will be the one to defeat the bugsters.

Later on Kuroto and Asuna walk into the CR office to see how Taiga is recovering. Kuroto tells Taiga a few words and Asuna tells him that he's been banned from acting as a Kamen Rider. Taiga stands up, furious at such a decision but Asuna says that his medical license will be revoked if he continues. Taiga requests to see the patient again. He talks to Saki about what happened to her and she tells him about being with her boyfriend Hirro. She had brought Hiiro some desert to eat together with him but he insisted on his studies. Saki became fed up with Hiiro not paying attention to her and stormed off. After walking around a corner she started feeling the symptoms of the game illness. Taiga and Saki speak some more. As Taiga leaves the room he begins to cough up blood again. Taiga is furious and is still determined not to let his declining health get in the way of his duty to cure his patient.

Later on at night Kuroto visits a sleeping Saki who seems to be worsening. He purposefully infects her with more Bugster virus, enough to have the Bugster she is infected with separate from her. Graphite materializes. Later in the morning Asuna and Taiga arrive to see Saki is almost completely infected and is beginning to disappear. Saki implores Taiga to help her and he runs to look for the Gamer Driver and Gashat. He finds Kuroto atop a building and orders him to be given the Driver and Gashat. Dan Kuroto is reluctant and tries to warn him but eventually gives them to Taiga after his insistence. Kuroto asks Taiga to save the patient, as Taiga he runs off Parad is seen behind Kuroto and calls him the "Game Master".

Taiga runs into an alley and finds Graphite waiting for him. At CR Saki is looking at a photo of her and Hiiro as she is getting worse. Kuroto arrives and, mischievously talks to her in a way to cause Saki to stress even more. Kuroto then sees the photo Saki has. Taiga is able to transform into Snipe Level 1, albeit while in pain and charges towards Graphite as the weather starts to rain. Saki talks about Hiiro as she continues to get worse. Taiga, unable to fight properly, loses to Graphite and gets taken out of his transformation. Hiiro runs into the CR medical room and demands Saki tells him why she hadn't told him about her illness. Saki smiles at Hiro, her last words to him being "Hiiro, become the world's best doctor". Saki then succumbs to the Game illness and disappears, and Graphite exclaiming that he has now become a complete being.

Hiro stumbles back to CR, injured and wet from the rain. He notices that Saki is no longer in the patient bed and he falls next to it and begins to cry. Sometime after Taiga walks alone in a park as a civilian, tired and exasperated at what has transpired. He is recalling Asuna and Director Haima Kagami telling him that he is no longer a certified doctor and his Gamer Driver and Gashat have been confiscated. Taiga sees his reflection against a building with glass walls and is shocked to see part of his hair has turned white. He falls to his knees.
