Dr. Ellen Quest was an aerospace engineer, who married Dr. Benton Quest and had a son, Jonny.

Early life[]
When Jonny was little, the Quests, along with a bunch of other scientists, were assigned to a remote army base in the desert to work on the Zarathustra Project, intending to end warfare. One of the scientists, Dr. Archimedes Zin, was accused of contacting foreign spies about it, which resulted in killing Ellen and Ted Conroy.
