Evil Goddard is Goddard's evil clone and one of the inhabitants of Evil Earth. He looks almost exactly like the real Goddard, but he has red eyes instead of white ones. Evil Goddard is a fierce killing machine.
In The Trouble with Clones, the real Jimmy confuses him by styling his hair and acting just like Evil Jimmy. When Evil Jimmy threatens to shut Evil Goddard down, he attacks him. Then, the real Jimmy shuts him down before he could attack him, too.
