Roger is the overarching antagonist of the Nostalgia Critic franchise. He is a vengeful angel that wants to be god's right-hand man and overthrow him afterwards. However, after this possibility was ruined by the Nostalgia Critic, he now wants revenge on him for killing him and sending him to purgatory.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- In "You're A Rotten Dirty Bastard" he shows the Nostalgia Critic how better off the reviewers would be without him, such as the Cinema Snob, Linkara, the Nostalgia Chick, Angry Joe, and Spoony, it's also shown that in this reality Angry Joe blew up Canada and killed Phelous. It's implied that he deliberately showed him this reality to spite him, and have an excuse to murder him. When he shows that his life would be better off without him, he tries to kill him off with karate moves so that "everything would be at peace", and so he can be God's right-hand man and humber one angel, showing that this is for selfish intent rather than genuine extremism. It's also implied that he would try to usurp God once he retired.
- In "Scooby-Doo" he creates a temporal anomaly that brought together the past and future versions of the Nostalgia Critic, which would later end up destroying the universe, he was aware of this but couldn't care any less and still let this plan in motion. He later brings the Critic to purgatory to tell him about the anomaly and tries to desert him in it for petty reasons. When the anomaly finally starts to destroy the universe, he sadistically taunts the critic by saying that "we had our laughs, but all good things must come to an end", showing that he intended for this to happen.
- In "Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed" he disguised himself as a security guard and attempted to murder the Nostalgia Critic by attempting to drop a safe on him.
- In "Scooby-Doo: The Mystery Begins" he murdered the Channel awesome cast members in an attempt to spite the Nostalgia Critic.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is too comedic for PE or NPE, as he has constant moments where he is played for laughs, such as the alternate realities where he shows the reviewers are better off without the Nostalgia Critic being a parody of the It's a Wonderful Life trope, him constantly acting like a brat while talking to the Nostalgia Critic in purgatory, and a few moments where he fails to show the Channel Awesome crew that he was the real culprit, showing that he also has a little bit of incompetence.
- He has a sense of honor, as he himself congratulated the Critic on stopping the anomaly that he created to destroy the universe, and also wanted the crew to figure out that the culprit was him and was angry at them for not realizing it.
