Inconsistently Heinous villains who are Omnipotent or at least Nigh-Omnipotent. They wield levels of power far beyond the majority of others in their settings and are infinitely strong, to the point where they're outright untouchable to mortals. Omnipotents are always Reality-Warpers and are almost always Cosmic Entities. However, Omnipotent beings typically go beyond normal Cosmic Entities however, and are often to them as Cosmic Entities are to mortals.
