Karen (カレン?) is Führer Geisel's only daughter, and unlike her father, she is a kind-hearted woman. However, those involved with her are shot dead by Sadespar's bodyguards, making her a target of fear for the citizens of Despar City. Through an encounter with Goro Watari, who has infiltrated Despar City, she learns about the kindness of humans, and becomes suspicious of her father's claim that he regards humans as "villainous creatures". Knowing about Despar's plan to destroy Japan, she turned off the artificial sun's explosion switch, but was executed by Geisel's hand, who did not tolerate betrayal. Appeared in the final episode.

- Ichiro Mizuki, who sings the ending theme, makes a cameo appearance in the role of a citizen who reveals hostility and throws things at Karen, injuring his hand (resulting in an opportunity for Karen and Goro to meet).
- In the preparation manuscript, the aspect of "tragic heroine" was further emphasized, such as being fond of Goro who took care of her and dying for her love.
