As a Land Expansion, Madman's Gully is an area called an island in the Dragons: Rise of Berk Promo, but appears accessible by a bridge as all previous land expansions in the game. It is situated in front of the Green Death's volcano. It is full of rocky terrain player must remove to make room for Viking buildings and dragons. It has wooded areas which the player must also remove. A bridge from The Long Beach reaches over to Madman's Gully from Death's Head from the Northwest. Madman's Gully also has a Fishing Hut with three fishing spots to construct.
As a land expansion area, Madman's Gully was released along with three other expansions in September 2017. The player can use this area to build Viking buildings and display dragons. It costs 4,500 runes to construct the bridge to this location.
