The Quen Commander shares the same appearance and stats as the Blacktide Quen Commander.
The Quen Commander can be upgraded up to five times. Upgrading to level 3 provides two modification slots.
At base, the Quen Commander provides +2 Energized Duration and +1 to Resonator Buildup, Resonator Blast+, and Resonator Damage.

The Quen Commander can be purchased from the merchant at Fleet's End for 2000 Metal Shards and 8 Brimshine.
