- The Gauze Suit - Shirtless, bandaged variant.
- 47's Signature Suit - The base variant, has a red tie, slightly different overcoat, and no bloodstains.
Trivia[]
- Although 47 has a black eye, bruises and blood on his head and neck, these are all merely cosmetics, and will be unapplied and reapplied switching to and from this disguise, similar to the bandage over 47's barcode with the Terminus suit, although one could argue the bandage isn't actually covering a self-administered cut.
- This is one of only 2 suits to feature bloodstains, with the other being The Gauze Suit.
