The Striker V3 is a handgun introduced in Hitman III. It is a variant of the Striker, with some visual differences. Like the original, the Striker V3 is equipped with magnum rounds, and is capable of killing in one shot to any part of the body.
If lined up correctly. The Striker V3 can also penetrate through bodies, allowing for a maximum of three kills with one shot. However, there are many downsides to this gun, such as the lack of silencer, the slow rate of fire, and a very high recoil.
In addition, this iteration of the original Striker is fitted with an extended magazine, adding two more rounds to the clip, increasing its capacity to 9 rounds, compared to the 7 rounds of the original.

- Among the various aesthetic differences, the Striker V3 appears to invert the colour scheme of the original, with a brushed nickel finish, synthetic black grips and white snake motif.
- The Striker V3 was not originally intended as the reward for completing the Arcade - Track 3 challenge. Initially, the announced reward was the HWK21 Covert.
