The ICA Remote Flash Device is an explosive device introduced in HITMAN™ 2. When thrown or placed, it can be detonated in a blinding flash using a remote trigger, stunning targets for up to five seconds. Carrying, throwing, or placing an explosive is an illegal act, and the mine will be deactivated by a member of security upon picking it up.
