Grave Mistake

Grave Mistake is an assassination challenge to achieve in the Death in the Family mission in Dartmoor.

To accomplish this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Alexa Carlisle by pushing her into her open grave while it's being presented to her.

Objectives[]

The challenge is a pun as pushing Alexia into the grave is considered to be an accidental kill, and a "grave mistake" or "grave error" is one that is extremely bad, and possibly even fatal.
