Domestic Disturbance is an assassinaiton challenge to achieve in The Farewell mission in Mendoza.

To accomplish this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Don Yates by getting his wife, Valentina Yates to push him off the estates balcony during a domestic squabble.
