History
The Lifestone was a small, yellow piece of meteor rock discovered by Doctor Douglas Birely, found inside a dormant volcano in the Aleutian Islands. Radiation produced by the Lifestone caused severe biological mutation and was instrumental in transforming Birely into the super-villain Doctor Demonicus. Demonicus used the Lifestone's power to create powerful, monstrous entities such as the bat-winged Batragon.[1]
