Madame Rouge (real name Laura De Mille) is a shapeshifting foe, and possibly the destroyer, of the Doom Patrol.

Madame Rouge impersonated the Chief and used his resources to sabotage the Doom Patrol's rescue missions. Then, to throw off their suspicion, she accused one of them as the true spy and saboteur. However, she gave herself away with an English mistake, which Negative Man quickly picked up on and exposed her. Left with no other option, Madame Rouge used her elongation powers to strangle and crush the Doom Patrol.^[1]

• Madame Rouge is voiced by Debra Wilson when in her true form, but Jeffrey Combs provides her voice when she is disguised as Niles Caulder.
