Professional History
Bob Brown began his comic career after World War II. He joined Marvel Comics in the late 1940's as Assistant Editor to Stan Lee. Brown later worked with Joe Simon and Jack Kirby's Black Magic. Bob Brown also drew for Detective Comics in the 1950's. During the 1970's, Brown worked for both Marvel and D.C. After a long battle with leukemia, Brown died in 1977.
