The 13th Floor Witches are an assortment of magical fables.
History
On the 13th floor of the Woodlands building live Fabletown's resident magic users. A group of witches and warlocks who escaped the Homelands, and now use their magic to help Fables who need enchantments cast or hexes placed. They charge a hefty fee for each enchantment, to discourage too many spell orders and avoid overwork on their part.
