King Caesar is a major protagonist in the 1974 Tokusatsu film Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla. He is an ancient guardian of the Azumi family in Okinawa and eventual ally to Godzilla.
He was portrayed by Kinichi Kusumi.

- Helped Godzilla defeat Mechagodzilla, thus temporarily preventing the simians from being able to use him to conquer Earth.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- While it would be unfair to compare him to Zone Fighter who has more resources, he fails the admirable standard to Godzilla, Anguirus, Rodan, and Mothra, all of whom saved the world far more with similar resources.
- This somewhat extends to some of his other allies who fail the admirable standard themselves such as Jet Jaguar, Minilla, and Gorosaurus, the former of whom did several heroic deeds throughout his film and the latter two of whom helped defeat King Ghidorah for good. (In Minilla’s case, he also helped his father defeat Kumonga).
