Lord Balthazar Rogers (simply known as Lord Rogers or just Rogers for short) is one of the supporting characters in The Swan Princess franchise, serving as a major character in the original Swan Princess, a supporting character in Secrets of the Castle, The Swan Princess Christmas, and The Swan Princess: A Royal Family Tale, the deuteragonist of The Swan Princess: The Mystery of the Enchanted Treasure and The Swan Princess: Princess Tomorrow, Pirate Today, and a minor character in The Swan Princess: Royally Undercover and Swan Princess: A Royal Myztery.
Being a Lord himself, he is Prince Derek's musician advisor and as the personal valet to Queen Uberta. An intellectual bloke, he doesn't suffer fools easily, especially Bromley.
He was voiced by Mark Harelik in the first film and has been voiced by Joseph Medrano since the second film.
