Leo Bernard is a character in the anime/manga series Freezing. He's a Limiter at West Genetics and partner of Ingrid Bernstein, whom he also has a crush on.

He is voiced by Kazuyoshi Shiibashi in the Japanese version of the anime; and by Alex Organ in the English version, who also voiced Shota Aizawa in My Hero Academia, Togusa in Ghost in the Shell: Arise, Kaku in One Piece, Kishou Arima in Tokyo Ghoul, Shogo Makishima in Psycho Pass, Damnatio Kira in Black Clover, Doctor in Black Butler, Shin Hyuga in Code Geass: Akito the Exiled and Isaac Ray Peram Westsott in Date a Live.

Appearance[]

Leo Bernard is a tall teenage boy, with light skin, blond, unkempt hair, and blue eyes. He's always seen wearing the standard uniform of the Limiters, which is tan in color with brown trim lining all of the edges, navy blue pants, and brown shoes on his feet.

Abilities[]

• Leo possesses a strong Freezing. His Freezing is strong enough to completely neutralize the Freezing of a Type-R Nova which has a range of 200 meter radius. He can hold his Freezing for about 2 minutes. However, Kazuya and Nova Form Pandora easily neutralized his Freezing.
• So far, Leo has demonstrated a unique ability among Limiters to sense the coming of a Nova.
