“ | When you took Vander out of play, I thought 'now here's the man who knows what it take to run an enterprise.' The attitude. The instinct. The eye. The whole package. You were always two steps ahead. But times lapped you, Old Man. | „ |

Finn is a supporting antagonist in the 2021 Netflix/Riot Games animated series Arcane. He was a member of the group of ruthless crime lords called the chem-barons, being the leader of the Slickjaws. After being tired of Silco, he tried to have him killed by manipulating his right-hand woman Sevika to do it, although it doesn't work.
He was voiced by Takamasa Ishihara, better known as Miyavi.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- As revealed in Enter the Undercity, Finn was the leader of the Slickjaws, an enterprise who committed assassinations, as well as sold weapons and poison throughout Zaun. According to him, Finn likes to have his targets either murdered by poison or brutally beaten to death.
- Finn tries to convince the other Chem-Barons to go against Silco's plans, since they were not getting any money because of him closing the border between Zaun and Piltover. After Silco threatened him with toxic gas, he begs for Silco to give him a mask to save himself, and lied about feeling sorry for what he did in order to do it.
- He was completely uncaring about the death of Renni's son.
- He tried to manipulate Sevika into having Silco killed so he could take over his operations.
- When he met with Silco, Finn told him that while he did once respect him for taking down Vander, Finn had lost it at this point because he believed he was now an old man who lost his ways.
- Both Silco and Sevika see him as just an annoyance and despise him for his lack of loyalty and intelligence, with Sevika calling him a "worm" and Silco saying that he was a "parasite" who leeched off the legacies of his ancestors.
- Overall, Finn has no sympathetic or redeeming qualities whatsoever, being one of the few characters in the show not to, with him having no loyalty to anyone but himself and only caring about making more money.
