Milo Farrell was a pure-blood wizard and the father of Kevin Farrell. He worked as an enchanter of broomsticks for Nimbus Racing Broom Company.[2]
Biography[]
During Christmas seasons, he would calculate with his son which end of Christmas crackers yielded rewards when pulled, and when he won, he would put all of the paper-made crowns onto his head and start to tell dry jokes. In 2009, he told one about how the England national cricket team won a match on Christmas Day 1972 because of it allowing them to eat turkeys for dinner. Kevin found it silly, but his father couldn't stop laughing.[5]
In the 2008–2009 school year, Milo went to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to solve the mysterious malfunction of the broomsticks. Unbeknownst to him, the issue was caused by Chizpurfles.[6]

Milo was "affable", "bumbling", "intelligent" and "warm".[2]

- Charms: Being a broom enchanter, Milo was capable of casting relevant charms.[2]
- Spell creation: Milo was good at and enjoyed creating spells.[2]
- Cooking skills: Milo enjoyed baking without following recipes,[2] though his wife secretly disliked his cooking.[7]
