The Council of Concordance was an assembly within the government of the Covenant. They tasked with enforcement of public decency and were opposed to the use of fireworks to display symbols celebrating a San'Shyuum birth, seeing it as implying sexuality.[1] They also wrote the Writ of Union and the Ratification Parley.[2][3]
