Get Out Of My Head! is the third segment of the third episode of Grim & Evil, and the first segment of the second episode of the first season of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
Plot[]
After watching a movie where a woman is possessed by a ghost, Billy asks Grim if it's possible to jump into people's heads to make them do funny stuff. Grim affirms this by jumping into the head of Milkshakes and singing. Billy then tries to jump into his father's head, but fails. Grim says he must jump in head first.
Billy finds Mandy playing outside with a voodoo doll and successfully jumps into her head. Now possessing Mandy's body, Billy smiles and runs inside. He fools Grim into thinking he's Mandy before revealing that he jumped into her head. Grim is annoyed and asks him to go fool somebody else. Billy proceeds to impersonate Mandy for the rest of the day and does embarrassing activities in her body. He flirts with Irwin, kisses Mandy's mother, picks Mandy's nose, goes into both men's and women's restrooms, fails a test, eats earthworms, and wears underwear over her head.
Afterwards, Billy falls while jumping on Mandy's bed and hits his head on the floor, causing him to get booted from Mandy's body. Then he faces a furious Mandy, who orders him to leave. Later that night, Billy is feeling sorry for jumping into Mandy's head, when Milkshakes shows him a frown expression, revealing Mandy possessed it. She tells Billy that "he can pick his friends and can pick his nose, but can't pick his friends' nose" before viscously mauling him.

Trivia[]
- This is the first appearance of Irwin, Phillip, Claire, and Milkshakes.
- It is theorized that the first 6 episodes were produced on cels.
- This is possibly the reason behind Irwin's crush on Mandy, since Billy flirted with Irwin while in Mandy's head.
- When Billy falls off of Mandy's bed and turns back to himself, Billy says in reverse "Children, please don't try this at home."
- The face Mandy makes when she tells Billy to get out her room is similar to the one Professor Utonium makes when he's under Him's influence in The Powerpuff Girls episode, Tough Love, red irises and gritted teeth and all.
- At the end of the episode, Milkshakes' ears are slightly curved. This was a hint towards Mandy possessing him.
- Along with "Mortal Dilemma" & "Evil Goes Wild", this episode premiered on the same day that the SpongeBob SquarePants episodes "The Secret Box/Band Geeks" premiered on Nickelodeon, with the latter episode being considered as one of the best episodes of all time.
- C.H. Greenblatt storyboarded for "Band Geeks" as well.
