The Blue Fairy is a parody of the children's book character of the same name, who uses her magic to turn the wooden puppet Pinocchio into a real boy at the request of his father Geppetto.

Biography[]

The Blue Fairy promised that Pinocchio would become a real boy if he was a good boy (or, as Pinocchio believed, if he devoured the skin of a real boy).

in the episode "Billy Ocean," Pinocchio, jealous of the attention Billy was receiving from Geppetto, comes across the Blue Fairy and demands that she turn him into a real boy so that Geppetto will love him again. Sadly, the Blue Fairy tells him that she cannot do that but suggests that he light a fire. Before she could explain that the bonfire would cause the whale to sneeze and expel them, Pinocchio begins to hatch a plan to roast Billy at the stake and eat his flesh, thereby becoming a real boy. Seeing that Pinocchio is not listening to her, the Blue Fairy disappears.

Later, at the end of the episode, the Blue Fairy appears flying over the sea and looking bored, before closing the screen with a wave of her wand.

Appearance[]

The Blue Fairy is a stout, older middle-aged lady with big blue hair and a freckled youthful face. She wears large, cat-eyed glasses and a midriff-baring blue top, with a sheer tutu and blue polka-dot pants with long white gloves and matching shoes. As a fairy, she has blue wings and carries a wand to do magic with.
