Sharp Point[1] is a town in the Crownlands, the region controlled directly by the Iron Throne in King's Landing. The town is located north of Stonedance, at the end of a peninsula where the southern portion of Blackwater Bay meets the Narrow Sea.
History[]
House of the Dragon: Season 2[]
In a rage after the Red Sowing, Aemond Targaryen flies to the Black-aligned Sharp Point on Vhagar and burns it to its stones.[2]
In the books[]
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, Sharp Point is located at the end of Massey's Hook and is the seat of House Bar Emmon, a noble house sworn to Dragonstone. The castle is a large watchtower upon which a great fire burns atop.
There is no mention in the books of any event that took place in Sharp Point.
