Alanna Penrose married Axel Baratheon, a son of Orys and Argella Baratheon, in 20 AC. 24 years later, Axel fought a duel with Steffon Trant to defend Alanna's honor, but was defeated and succumbed to his wounds. Alanna and Axel had no children.[1]

She is referenced in her husband's entry of The Lineages and Histories of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms.[1]

In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, there is no character whose first name is Alanna, either of House Penrose or any other Westerosi house.
