Toram was a half-elf Harper agent who lived in Neverwinter in the late years of the 15th century DR.[1]
Personality[]
Toram was passionate by nature, and usually acted or spoke without thinking, in contrast to his sister's personality.[3]
Relationships[]
Toram was the half-brother of Theryis.[1] He also harbored romantic feelings for Cymril.[4]
Activities[]
After the death of Cymril, Toram became the leader of the Harpers cell in Neverwinter.[4]
History[]
As of 1479 DR, Toram was one of the only two official Harper agents operating in Neverwinter. The other one was his sister.[1]
In 1479 DR, Toram may have aided of group of adventurers who were searching for information about the "Lost Heir" of Alagondar.[3]
