The Glorious Revolution occurred in the Year of the Falling Moon, 1217 DR. It was a popular uprising against Duke Bogob.[1]
History[]
The conflict began when the oppressed workers in the fields heard the rallying cry: "You have nothing to lose but your chains!" The rebellious peasants were killed by the duke's well-equipped knights.[1]
Equipment[]
The leaders of the uprising used heavy crossbows that bore the same name as the event. These crossbows possessed a +2 enchantment that made the weapon deadlier and guided the wielder's hand toward the target. It was especially effective at hitting evil targets. Its magics also increased the wielder's spell resistance.[1]
