Yakovlev is an Amestrian State Military Officer from the Internal Affairs office at Central Command in Central City.
His Part in the Story[]
Along with Storch, he approaches Riza Hawkeye with transfer orders from the top, reassigning her to the post of Führer's personal secretary.

- Like all military offices in the series, Yakovlev is named for a type of real world military vehicle, in this case the Russian military planes built by the Yakovlev aircraft company.
