Mesinesser is a minor character that appeared in episode one of the Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood OVA Collection, The Blind Alchemist.

Role in the anime[]

Meissner is the butler of Jude (aka the Blind Alchemist) who lost his eyesight after performing a human transmutation to resurrect his dead daughter, Rosalie. Shortly after this, the family adopted a daughter and named her Rosalie, to convince Jude he successfully performed the transmutation and to make him happy. They strive to give Jude the best rest of his life as they could, knowing that he can never know what happened to the true Rosalie.
