The Sidelong Yumi (Japanese: 横撃ちの和弓 Horizontal-Shooting Yumi) is a yumi introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. Unlike most yumi, the Sidelong Yumi is capable of both melee and ranged combat. This comes at the cost of making it easier for the enemy to double attack, while at the same time preventing the wielder from being able to do so.

Trivia
- Although the Sidelong Yumi has a unique 3D model present in the game's files, it reuses the Brass Yumi's model during gameplay due to the game calling for an invalid ID when loading its model.
