FE7 Arena Trick[]
There's another trick where you use Ninian's dance to boost a character's defense, making arena battles much easier, then rescuing them at the end of the turn, by the next turn, they'll still have the power-up, and you can use Ninian's dance to have them fight in the arena again, then rescue them again.--BattleFranky202 00:31, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
I've got the GBA games on emulator, and found a type of RNG abuse for power-levelling. Well, not so much RNG abuse as it is abusing the save states. For example, put a Level 2 Fir in the Arena, and keep going until she is ALMOST about to level up (between 70-99 for best results). Make a few save states, then have her kill the enemy, leveling up. If you don't like what you get (only two stats, for instance), then go back via the save state, refuse the battle, and enter again. Overrite the previous save state as you do so. It will be a different foe, which means that her level up will have different increases. Rinse and repeat 'til you get a level up you're happy with. It works with ANY character (I found this out using LV15 Roy, and got him a Res of about 9. Since then, I've used it to fix weaknesses for Lilina and Wendy), and in ANY Arena. The only game I've tried it on is FE6, but it more than likely will work on FE7 and FE8 as well. There's also a slim chance it could be effective on FE3, but I doubt it. And yes, this strategy means that -- if you're patient enough -- you can arena abuse your characters to get EVERY SINGLE STAT to increase EVERY level up, but only on emulator because of the save states.-- King Nothing Speak now, vermin! 20:43, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

Wait, what? The first game to have arenas is FE1, isn't it?
