Some Changes to Be Made[]
Two things should be changed:

I do agree that Passives should be changed to Auto ability.
As for #2, unless you know of another way to get the same accessory in one playthrough (the dead dunes Treasure Sphere for example), an upgrade to that accessory cannot be acquired without a new game+. My suggestion is to leave the accessory upgrades as they are.
They are not duplicates, they are upgrades that replace your old accessory.

Agree on #1.
For #2, it will need changed as each accessory has 2 upgrades so having (new game +) at the end of upgrade 2 and 3 can be misleading/confusing for some but it still needs to be kept brief. I think "Find a Second/Third 'item' on a New Game +" would be ok.
I've added info to the main Head Accessories description that will help clear things up a little for now, edit as you will: "A second duplicate will add a + to the item name and will gain improved stats. A third duplicate will change the item name as well as gaining a further stat increase. Any further duplicates found will contain 2,500 gil."

Dawn Gauntlets[]
Do the Dawn Gauntlets only work on EP abilities used in battle? If so, maybe that should be noted? Same with any other abilities that might have conditions, but that's the one that's been bugging me. I kept trying to use them to reduce Chronostasis cost and thought they were bugged. I can't seem to find concrete information on how they work.
Thanks!

Dawn Gauntlets only reduce EP ability costs by 20% when in battle. I thought they would reduce costs outside of battle too when I first got them but then I learned that no Arm Accessory has any effect outside of battle just from experience playing.
