Better name?[]
I hate the current name, but it was the best I could come up with. Any better suggestions would be greatly appreciated.——Preceding unsigned comment was added by CrappyScrap (talk • contribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~.

- Balamb Garden civil war? Not a war? "Civil conflict" doesn't really work, I don't know what's civil about a civil war.
- Balamb Garden battle doesn't really work, because there's another one at the end of D2. I think including Balamb Garden in the title should be done, but we need a word that says its internal conflict. JBed (talk) 18:34, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- Oh, "civil" like "civilian", although it just needs to be a war between two organised groups in one area I think, so this counts. And Wikipedia says "civil conflict" is valid... sort of. It redirects to civil war, and is mentioned once on the page. I would go for Balamb Garden civil conflict. JBed (talk) 18:38, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- Balamb Garden Revolution. Monterossa (talk) 18:59, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- But it wasn't that either... It was an internal conflict within a mercenary army. Very tricky. --CrappyScrap (talk) 19:27, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- Then "Balamb Garden Conflict" should be ok? Monterossa (talk) 19:33, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- The Battle of the Gardens could also be the "Balamb Garden Conflict", so that's a problem. "Balamb Garden Civil War" would work except... It wasn't really a civil war, but an internal strife within a mercenary army. I don't think this sort of conflict has a specific term in the dictionary, hence more headache to us! --CrappyScrap (talk) 19:38, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah, it wasn't really a civil war since the students are not civilians of the garden. SE called it "The SeeDs of Conflict" in Record Keeper. Why don't we use that name? Monterossa (talk) 19:58, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- That's the quest name, but doesn't really work as the name of a conflict. Say "Balamb Garden Internal War" or "SeeD Internal War/Strife"? --CrappyScrap (talk) 20:01, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
- Edit conflict: I'm against that name. IMO the "Cid-NORG Conflict" or whatever it's called before was the best name since it was simply straight to the point. Trying to fit professional terms in this case is rather difficult/problematic since the classifying it as such is a problem and sometimes it's best to go the "not-so-professional" way. If we really need this to be super-professionally sounding then maybe "Balamb Garden Revolt" or "Balamb Garden Rebellion".
@CrappyScrap: Isn't SeeD inter-Garden thing?—Kaimi (Talk • FA Voting) 20:06, November 30, 2015 (UTC)

- "BALAMB GARDEN REVOLT"! Perfect, brilliant! Let's do that! --CrappyScrap (talk) 20:32, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
