The following is a list of attributes in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
Attributes[]
Attack Power[]
Attack Power determines physical damage dealt with weapons. It is governed by a characters’ strength attribute, and is boosted by their equipped weapon.
Magic Attack[]
Magic Attack determines magic damage dealt with spells and abilities. It is governed by a party member's magic attribute, and is boosted by their equipped weapon.
Defense[]
Defense determines physical damage resistance. It is governed by a party member's vitality attribute, and is boosted by their equipped armor.
Magic Defense[]
Magic Defense determines magical damage resistance. It is governed by a party member's spirit attribute, and is boosted by their equipped armor.
Strength[]
Strength is a party member's value that determines their attack power alongside their weapon. Strength provides twice its value to the attack power attribute. It is boosted by leveling up, or by an equipped accessory.
Magic[]
Magic is a party member's value that determines their magic attack power alongside their weapon. Magic provides twice its value to the magic attack attribute. It is boosted by leveling up, by an equipped accessory, or 
Magic Up Materia.
Vitality[]
Vitality is a party member's value that determines their defense alongside their armor. Vitality provides its exact value to the defense attribute. It is boosted by leveling up, or by an equipped accessory.
Spirit[]
Spirit is a party member's value that determines their magic defense alongside their armor. Spirit provides its exact value to the magic defense attribute. It is boosted by leveling up, or by an equipped accessory.
Luck[]
Luck is a party member's value that determines their chance of dealing a critical hit, or successfully stealing from enemies. It is boosted by leveling up, by an equipped accessory, the Luck Up Materia, and some folio abilities, especially for Cait Sith.
Speed[]
Speed is a characters' attribute that determines how fast their ATB gauge charges passively. It is boosted by certain upgrades and Speed Up Materia.
